lunch: platters and sandwiches with cold cuts from Casentino
dinner: potato tortelli with mushroom or vegetable sauce
Saturday 6
lunch: spelled salad with vegetables and hard-boiled egg
dinner: potato tortelli with meat or vegetable ragout
Sunday 7
lunch: caprese salad (with the possibility of local ham)
dinner: potato dumplings with meat sauce or tomato snack
(during the day) ice creams - sandwiches filled with cold cuts and / or Casentino cheese - pizzas
